Returns
In order to support our company's founding principles, returns will not be accepted at this time. We are not legally able to resell cosmetics, so a return would only needlessly contribute to the carbon footprint of your order, as we would only dispose of the used cosmetic once received. We apologize for the inconvenience, and want your experience with Silt to exceed your expectations. Please email support@siltskincare.com for concerns with your order, and if there are issues with manufacturing or quality we will issue you a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Additionally, we are not able to issue refunds for gift cards.

Shipping
Due to regulatory constraints, we are only shipping to USA and Canada addresses at this time. To better serve the travel community we are working towards fulfilling international orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest!
As we ramp up production, it may take up to 3 days for you to receive a shipping notification, and any additional known delays would be made clear in the website banner or at checkout. Basic shipping can take up to 8 days, and additional COVID and holiday delays are to be expected. We appreciate your support and know that we're doing everything we can to get you your order!
